Once an application is submitted, borrowers will receive a term sheet laying out the cost of capital, fees, and most importantly, loan proceeds.  If the terms are acceptable, a call will be scheduled, and borrowers will be guided through what documentation is needed.  To secure a DSCR loan, borrower credit will be checked, and a fresh appraisal will be ordered.

Prepayment:  Not Required; Available to decrease rate

Lender Fees: 1-3%

Credit Score:  640+

Deposit: $1,500 (appraisal and processing fee)
